Austin Gardner first received the call to missions when he was 12. At the age of 18, he attended Shorter College, where he met and married his wife, Betty. Afterwards, he started and pastored several churches in Georgia and Alabama. It was while he was at a church in Cartersville, GA that the Lord called Austin to Peru. After a year in Mexico for language school, Austin and his family moved to Peru in 1986. He would spend over 20 years serving as a missionary, pastor, and church planter in Peru, starting several churches, a TV and radio ministry, as well as a Bible college. Austin returned to the States in 2006, where he established the ministry of Vision Baptist Church and the Our Generation Training Center in Alpharetta, GA.

Philip Bassham graduated from Pensacola Christian College and went on to spend 6 months in Peru under the ministry of the Our Generation Training Center. After returning to the States, Philip joined Vision Baptist Church where he currently serves as the Music Director. Philip also teaches in the Singles Sunday School and the Training Center.

 At the age of 19, Mark Coffey spent 5 months in Peru where the Lord opened his eyes to the mission field. He was called to missions the very next year. For the last 14 years, Mark has worked in various areas of ministry as an assistant youth director, a children’s pastor, an assistant pastor, and a missionary to Peru. Currently, he travels full time as a missionary representative for the Peru Baptist College, where he presents the ministry in South America and recruits for short-term missions trips and for the Our Generation Training Center.

At the age of 17, Wayne Cooke went on a missions trip to Guatemala where he first felt the call to the mission field. Later on, Wayne would return to Guatemala with his family and serve there as missionaries for 4 years. Wayne has also been a missionary to New York City. Currently, he serves as the missions advocate for Vision Baptist Church. He graduated from Victory Baptist College with a missions degree and has been in ministry for the last 11 years.

Tyler Masters attended Grace Bible Institute in his home church in Ohio before heading out for a 6-month internship in Peru. It was there that the Lord called him to missions. He is currently finishing up deputation in order to go to the field of Spain and North Africa in January. Tyler is one of the founding members of Vision Baptist Church and helped start an outreach ministry to the international community in Clarkston, GA.

John Pearson serves as the Treasurer of Vision Baptist Church and teaches the Bridge Builders Adult Sunday School Class and at the Our Generation Training Center. He is also the founder of Businessmen Committed to World Evangelism (BCWE). BCWE, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides the framework for local churches to operate a businessmen's ministry of leadership training in World Evangelism. Through BCWE, Inc., John Pearson and his colleagues have helped in the building of the Peru Baptist College, as well as supported numerous missionaries on the field.

Mark Tolson is currently on deputation as a missionary to China. He graduated from the Our Generation Training Center and trained for ministry at Vision Baptist Church. In the last 3 years, Mark started the International Bible Fellowship and organized the visitation program at Vision. He also spearheaded the 2009 Our Generation Student Leadership Camp. 

Trent Cornwell attended Crown College for two years and then went down to Peru where he spent six months in the ministry of the Our Generation Team and graduated from the Our Generation Training Center. Trent currently serves as the Student Pastor of Vision Baptist Church. He leads in the student ministries of the church, serves as a missions mobilizer with Our Generation, and teaches in the Training Center. He works toward seeing students evangelized, established, equipped, and exported to the mission field and the world.

Ronald Tubillas serves as the  Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Vision. Ronald is from Peru where he attended the Peru Baptist College and was a very successful pastor for nine years. He has trained many young men that are now in full-time ministry and others that are still preparing. Ronald started a second Spanish ministry in Norcross, Georgia with Trinity Hill Baptist Church, and he also travels with missionary representative Mark Coffey to present the ministry of the Peru Baptist College. 

Since June 2004, Travis Snode and his family have been ministering as missionaries in the country of Ireland. Although he graduated from Crown College with a degree in missions, Travis decided to further his training in the Our Generation Training Center in Peru and in Alpharetta, GA. During this time, he learned the practical how-to's of evangelism, discipleship, ministry, cultural adaptation, church planting, and leadership training. Travis currently pastors two churches in Ireland, one in Londonderry and another one in Limavady. He is also training men for the ministry.

After graduating from Crown College, Brother Aaron spent two years in Peru working under an experienced church planter. During that time, he was immersed in language learning, cultural adaptation, and Biblical application to real life ministry. Today, Bro. Aaron lives in North Africa and has been ministering for the last 2 and a half years. He has been training young men for ministry, traveling with follow up teams to share the gospel and disciple in remote parts of the country, and teaching English as a second language. Although North Africa has been traditionally closed to the gospel, Bro. Aaron has a thriving ministry with a people desperate to hear the Truth of God’s Word.
